  • To make reservations at the bar of LADY BEE: first and last name, identification document number, phone number. We will not use sensitive data.
  • To handle complaints and claims from the complaints book: first and last name, date of birth, country, identification document number, phone number, email address, and if the user is a minor, identification data of the father or mother. We will not use sensitive data.

  1. CONSEQUENCES OF PROVIDING DATA OR REFUSAL TO DO SO

The processing of users' personal data on the website or contact channels is limited exclusively to complying with the essential purposes set forth above. If you do not provide the required personal data, LADY BEE will not be able to provide goods and/or services requested, handle inquiries, complaints or claims, or make reservations at the bar, as the case may be.

  1. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER

Personal data collected will be transferred to the data server of our website, whose hosting provider is Framer, identified with Tax ID NL853695386B01, and whose data center is located in Virginia, United States of America. Additionally, personal data is transferred to the MEITRE LLC platform, whose hosting is supported by GoDaddy.com, LLC. In all cases, LADY BEE guarantees that such transfers comply with the conditions established in Law No. 29733 and its Regulations, including the signing of appropriate contractual clauses and verification of equivalent protection guarantees.

  1. DATABASE

The information will be stored in the personal database to which corresponding users belong:
  • The data of clients who contact LADY BEE through any contact channel for the purpose of making reservations at the bar will be stored in the “CLIENTS” database located at the address of LADY BEE.
  • The data of website users who wish to contact to answer their inquiries, request information about products or services, or similar will be stored in the “WEB USERS AND SOCIAL NETWORKS” database located at the address of LADY BEE.
  • The data related to the complaints book will be stored in the “COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS” database located at the address of LADY BEE.

  1. TIME

The personal data from the aforementioned databases will be retained for as long as the corresponding contractual relationship lasts; after that, LADY BEE will only process the data for up to five (05) years after the last communication held between that user of the website or clients and LADY BEE or when the User requests the cancellation or deletion of their data, exercising their ARCO rights; this is to comply with applicable legal standards.

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures for the processing of your personal data, taking into account the latest technology, the costs of implementation and the nature, scope, context, and purpose of the processing, as well as the existing risks of a breach of data security (including the likelihood of occurrence and its effects), to protect the data subject against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or total loss or destruction, or unauthorized access by third parties.
