Our proposal was born from the desire to work with what surrounds us: local ingredients, nearby producers, and the rhythms of the Peruvian agricultural calendar.
Inspired by the nature of the Abeja Señorita, intuition is the method to build.
The name refers to the Abeja Señorita, a native stingless species that symbolizes pollination, community, and collaboration. That same logic guides our work.
We adapt to the environment, focusing on the diversity of the Peruvian pantry and creating experiences that reflect the seasonality of the territory.
